   In the email, you **must** include the following:

   • Your **Registered Mobile Number** linked to the Pick-C account.
   • Your **User ID or Company Name** (if applicable).
   • A clear request stating: "I request the permanent deletion of my Pick-C account and all associated personal data."

3. Verification and Confirmation:

   Our team will verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate, usually within 3-5 business days. Once confirmed, your account and data deletion process will be initiated.

Once the deletion request is confirmed, all non-retained data will be permanently deleted from our primary systems within **30 days**.
